Materials

Printed woven fabric panels in the Bloom print, sewn round straight sectioned poles with pointed feet.

Care

Give it a shake, rinse the salt off with fresh water, let it dry fully in the shade, and never pack it away wet.

Pitching it

  1. 1

    Read the wind

    Stand with your back to the wind: the windbreak goes on that side of your camp.

  2. 2

    Unroll and push in

    Unroll it along the sand and push the first pole in deep, then walk along and push in the others, keeping the fabric taut.

  3. 3

    Curve it round

    Set it in a gentle curve around the blanket. In loose dry sand, push the poles in deeper.

Push the poles in firmly and check them during the day. Pole tips are pointed: carry and store them in the bag. Keep away from open flames and barbecues. Take it down when the wind gets strong.
