Bloom works little sunflowers onto diagonal stripes, a field of them that flickers as you walk past the camp. Four guy lines, eight pegs and a printed pouch give you the whole set for tying down a camp on open sand.

Materials

Bag or sandbags in printed woven fabric in the Bloom print. Pegs and anchors are rigid moulded plastic.

Care

Shake the sand off the pegs and lines, rinse with fresh water, dry fully in the shade, and put nothing away wet.

  • No sun protection ratings: we do not give a UPF or any other sun protection figure for any piece. Shade is shade; keep using sun cream.
  • No wind ratings: no product is sold as wind-proof or storm-proof. Pack everything away when the wind gets strong.
  • No waterproof claims for tents, shades or blankets.

Pitching it

    At an angle

    Push pegs and anchors in at an angle, leaning away from the tent or shade.

  2. 2

    Fill on the beach

    Fill sandbags on the spot and clip them to the guy lines or corners.

  3. 3

    Count them home

    Pull everything out, knock the sand off and count each piece back into its printed bag.
