Withdraw from contract
Withdraw from your purchase online: no account needed, instant acknowledgement by email.
Use this form to withdraw from a purchase within the withdrawal period, or to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet. It covers everything we sell — beach tents and shades, windbreaks, beach blankets, peg and sandbag kits and camp flags. You do not need an account and you do not need to give a reason.
If you would rather cancel an order that has not yet left us, you can also email support@veylissee.shop — cancelling before dispatch is free of charge.
After you confirm a withdrawal, we email you an acknowledgement with the date and time we received it. Within two business days we send you the return address and instructions. We then refund within 14 days, including the standard delivery cost you paid for the order, although we may hold the refund until the goods reach us or you show us proof that you have sent them back. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, in which case we cover it.
